You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes linked to your tkpk account. You must notify tkpk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. tkpk will never ask for your full password via email, SMS, or chat. All support communications are initiated through official tkpk channels only.
Actions that are strictly prohibited include creating multiple accounts, using automated bots or software to place bets, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, laundering funds through the platform, and providing false identity information. Any breach may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required.
tkpk is committed to player welfare. Deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion tools are available to all registered players from the account dashboard. To register and maintain a tkpk Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:
tkpk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including at the point of registration, withdrawal, or where unusual activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
Age verification is mandatory. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits and winnings associated with such an Account will be forfeited. tkpk may report such incidents to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one single Account on the tkpk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You further agree to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication code with any third party. tkpk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
tkpk reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where information provided at registration is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent. In such cases, tkpk may withhold any funds held in the Account pending investigation.
All financial transactions on the tkpk Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Minimum deposit: ৳200. Individual withdrawal limits and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are published in the Platform's cashier section. tkpk targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for mobile money methods; bank transfer timelines may vary.
Any funds deposited into a tkpk Account are held for the sole purpose of placing wagers on the Platform. tkpk does not pay interest on Account balances. Deposits held in an Account for more than 12 consecutive months without any wagering activity may be subject to an inactivity fee as outlined in the Platform's fee schedule.
tkpk offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity periods.

All bets and wagers placed on the tkpk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In all cases, the rules published at the time a wager is placed govern the settlement of that wager.
tkpk reserves the right to void any bet where it can be demonstrated that the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded, where a technical error resulted in an incorrect price or market being displayed, or where there is credible evidence that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised.
For casino games, all outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer products, by physical dealing or spinning conducted in a live studio environment. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective software provider and are available on request.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Any unauthorised use of tkpk's intellectual property is a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
tkpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tkpk.cam/privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tkpk implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Account credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing protocols. tkpk does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties except as required to fulfil payment processing obligations, comply with legal requirements, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

tkpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or damage to reputation, even if tkpk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
tkpk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate technical safeguards on your device and network connection.
tkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, tkpk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. However, tkpk is not obligated to provide individual notice for minor or administrative amendments.
The version of this Agreement in effect at the time of each login session governs that session. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact tkpk support to close your Account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.
tkpk may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity. In the event of termination for cause, tkpk reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the Account pending investigation.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting tkpk support. Upon Account closure at your request, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable deductions. Bonus Balances are non-withdrawable upon closure unless already converted to Real Money Balance in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the tkpk Platform or this Agreement, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication with tkpk support in the first instance.
tkpk's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus qualification, and account administration are final, subject to the good-faith dispute resolution process described above. tkpk will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.
